Outing day in bad weather? Head indoors.

Rain, cold or heat: when your school outing is washed out, table tennis is a great alternative. Everyone gets moving, even with no experience at all – and the U6 makes the journey short.

Tip: feel free to enquire with us as the bad-weather option for your trip – we’ll tell you whether the Friday is still free.

Frequently asked questions

On which days and at what times is this possible?

On Fridays between 8 am and 2 pm when the hall is free – from one hour. Send us your preferred date and we’ll confirm whether it works.

How many students can come?

5 tables suit 10–16 students, the whole hall (8 tables) 16–25. Two or four play at each table and swap in between.

Do the children need experience or their own rackets?

No. We lend rackets and balls for free, and table tennis is fun for beginners right away.

What shoes do the children need?

Clean indoor shoes with light-coloured soles – such as their PE shoes – or simply socks. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the playing floor.

Can we come if our outing is rained off?

Just enquire – if the Friday is still free, you can come to us. Best to mention a backup date straight away.

How do we get to you?

SpinCity is right by the U6 station Alterlaa (Altmannsdorfer Straße 154–156, 1230 Wien) – public transport brings you straight to us.
